  • Excellent creative, analytical and ideation skills.
  • The ability to be a good conceptual thinker to lead a creative pitch and create innovative ideas.
  • Business development experience in both organic growth and new business.
  • Must have the ability to manage/lead a team and perform planning, allocation, reviews and performance in overall marketing aspects.
  • Overall exposure and awareness of digital marketing tools, techniques and processes.
  • Extensively worked on overall digital marketing, Social media marketing and campaigns, and must have web technologies awareness.
  • Manage cross-functional project teams (strategy, insights, design, and technology) and deliver top quality strategic and creative outputs.
  • From user research to envisioning, designing and implementing concepts, creativity and strategy to innovate across important points while supporting business goals.
  • Set content strategy guidelines, pitch, themes for brands digital content needs.
  • Stay updated and build skillsets by learning new digital methods, tips & tricks, thus contributing to the progress of the company.
  • Responsible for the overall management and execution of the digital activity as per requirements.
  • Have prior experience working in gaming industry will be a plus.
