Game Designer will be responsible for documenting the existing and/or new games in clear and concise manner. It clearly instructs the concepts and rules for, programmers and 2D/3D artists. You will be doing market study of competitive games and continuously improve our games. You will be involved in discussing features, deadline, content with management. game designer with a passion for all genres of games, a knack for coding and storytelling, and an understanding of the industry, market, and target audiences.

  •  Create clear and complete game design documentation for game content and features.
  • Create UX/UI wireframes, intuitive level design, prototype and test.
  • Develop and maintain level design documentation, including but not limited to mechanics, guidelines, and game play outlines.
  • Plan and define all the elements and components of a game, including its setting, structure, rules, story flow, characters, objects, and peripherals available to the characters; interface design; and game modes.
  • Use your creativity to design games for a range of devices and platforms that engage and capture the imagination of the user.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas and help drive projects
  • Create milestones for projects deliverable with iteration, go live phases and a project plan.
  • Create low and high level sketches to wireframes, to low fidelity comps, to sophisticated interactive prototypes; user research and testing drives our approach
  • Work with the team to help shape the product strategy and vision
  • Pitching new game ideas to executives and clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand what your target audience wants
  • Creatively, analytically and organizationally skilled with proven ability to write, communicate and maintain detailed design documentation throughout the game life cycle.
  • Develop Prototypes in any tool of preference in order to prove the design concept to team and iterate.
  • Work collaboratively with others, including games developers, artists and programmers, to produce a prototype - a small-scale playable version of the game
  • Make adjustments to the game design specifications to reflect developments as the project moves forward
  • Train quality assurance (QA) testers to play the game so they can test it properly
  • Define, track and improve key product metrics and monitor those metrics.
  • Lead on the user experience (UX) design of the game, ensuring players have the best experience
  • Work alone or within a larger team overseen by a lead designer.
